As part of Arsenal's Emirates stadium proposals, Islington Council granted planning permission for the regeneration of the Queensland Road area involving a mixed use development of new residential, commercial and leisure uses. RHVisuals worked with CZWG architects and Environmental Design Partnership to provide 14 accurate CGI photomontages (known as Verified Views or VVMs - Visually Verified Montages) to support the planning application. Verified views are often produced when there is strong opposition regarding the visual impact of a new development. By using data information from a survey the CGI photomontage can be proven to be accurate
